Gossip Column: Higuain, Morata, Icardi, Munir, Skriniar, Perisic, Eder Militao, Carrasco

Chelsea have shockingly agreed to a move for Gonzalo Higuain and if negotiations keep progressing, the Argentinian would join The Blues during the current January transfer window.

Higuain’s arrival would probably represent Alvaro Morata‘s exit from Chelsea, and the player’s representatives are negotiating a loan move to Sevilla.

Another Argentinian striker who has grabbed headlines this Wednesday is Mauro Icardi, who’s not expected to extend his contract at Inter Milan… according to his wife and agent, Wanda Nara.

Munir is set to leave FC Barcelona once his current contract ends in June 30. He reportedly had a five-year offer on the table, but rejected since he wanted to play more first-team minutes.

Manchester United could be close to complete a stunning double swoop at Inter, since they would have received clearance to finalise a move for Milan Skriniar

…but they have also received green light to sign long-time target Ivan Perisic.

Real Madrid have reportedly entered the race to sign Eder Militao, who’s also been linked with a move to both Manchester United and Liverpool.

Arsenal remain open to add ANOTHER winger to their current squad and it seems they have set their sights on Yannick Carrasco, who’s keen to take a paycut in order to return to Europe.
