Inter Milan are still trying to decide on which central midfielder they should focus in order to sign him during the January transfer window. There have been a couple of rumours, mostly in regards to Manchester United’s Nemanja Matic and Barcelona’s Ivan Rakitic.
Both are not playing much at their respective clubs and both could be signed for a cut-price. However, with those two players still not getting much closer to signing for Nerazzuri, Inter are looking at other possible targets too. According to Calciomercato, they are considering a move for Dejan Kulusevski and Rodrigo De Paul.
Kulusevski has been brilliant in Parma’s midfield on loan from Atalanta, while Udinese’s De Paul has been previously linked with AC Milan. They could both become good Serie A options for Antonio Conte’s side, as Matic and Rakitic are not so obvious deals now. That is why they are looking for the alternatives, at players already versed at Serie A football.
