Chelsea will once again bid for John Stones, 21, this summer, with incoming boss Antonio Conte instructing the club to make Stones his first signing at the club.
Despite the lack of form from the England international, Chelsea will look to add Stones to the new look lineup for next season.
Everton played hard ball with Chelsea last summer, rejecting three bids from the London club. However with Everton struggling this season, they will grant Stones his wish for a big money move.
Stones has had a poor season by his lofty standards, with another heavy loss to Liverpool this week. Despite all this Chelsea and in particular new manager Antonio Conte still believe his is the man to replace John Terry as the clubs defensive talisman.
Chelsea wont bid for the player until the season is over, but it is believed personal terms have already been agreed.
