Malcom has been one of the hottest commodities in the transfer market over the past 12 months.

His impressive displays for Girondins Bordeaux in the Ligue 1 have caught the eye of several top teams, and it was believed that he was bound to join Arsenal during the January transfer window. That move didn’t happen, but several Premier League side remain interested in the 21-year-old and it seems one thing is certain: he will be playing elsewhere once the 2018-19 season kicks in.

However, it might not be in England since the Brazilian is keen on a move to the Serie A. The player’s agent, Fernando Garcia, confirmed that motion and also said that both Inter Milan and AS Roma are very interested in his client.

Garcia told Italian radio station Tele Radio Stereo: “The player would like to come to Italy and Roma are very interested. In the next few hours, I will have a word with Monchi (Roma’s director of football).”

Bordeaux have allowed Malcom to seek for a new club this summer after refusing to sell him during January, and there should no shortage of competitors; after all, we are talking about a 21-year-old attacker who has already logged 23 goals in 96 games since joining the Ligue 1 side back in January 2016 from his native Corinthians.
