Powerful AS Monaco defender Kamil Glik could be on his way back to Italy this summer, reports in France Football claim.
The 30-year-old rangy centre back played for Torino between 2011 and 2016 before moving joining the Principality club where he made 67 Ligue 1 appearances and scored 9 goals.
Glik is under contract which runs until 2021 but his future is currently in a limbo with AS Monaco’s Champions League credentials in doubt.
Serie A side Lazio are reportedly eyeing the Pole as a direct replacement for wantaway Stefan de Vrij, whereas his former club Torino would jump to the occasion to have him back. Granata reportedly already has an offer in place – a three-year deal with an option to take up a coaching role after his calls quits on his career.
Sampdoria are also lurking from behind but have been described as the least viable option.
