FC Barcelona might have found the replacement of Neymar when they secured a move for Ousmane Dembele from Borussia Dortmund. However, Los Blaugranas are not done in the transfer market even though there are only two days left in the current window.
According to several reports, Barca remain interested in both Angel Di Maria and Philippe Coutinho. The Catalans remain confident on what they can do in the last hours of the transfer market even though things do not look promising at the moment.
Despite constant negotiations, Liverpool have rejected each and every Barca approach for the Brazilian star. Meanwhile, agent Jorge Mendes has become a key factor in the negotiations for Di Maria since Barcelona and PSG have stopped talking in the past few days. It is up to the Portuguese agent to determine the new terms of a potential deal.
For what is worth, Barca are 1/2 to sign the PSG star, while being 2/5 to secure a move for the Liverpool playmaker. So the current markets are backing up the chance of Barcelona getting at least one of the two players.
Dembele is certainly a good addition to Barca, but Coutinho and Di Maria could potentially push Los Blaugranas to the next level. And that’s what they need if they want to challenge Real Madrid both at the domestic and European level.
