Jacob Bruun Larsen might not have a lot of time left at Borussia Dortmund now that the transfer window is set to open up this Monday.
According to a report from The Sun, the Denmark international could be on his way out of the German giants and three sides are reportedly keen on signing him. These are Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool.
Indeed, these three Premier League giants have been tracking the Danish’s development for quite a while and after a breakthrough campaign in the Bundesliga during the 2019-20 season, now it seems Dortmund are ready to cash out on the youngster.
Liverpool are believed to have an edge on his signature, since Jurgen Klopp was Dortmund’s manager when the Bundesliga side acquired Larsen from Denmark Super League outfit Lyngby back in 2015.
The Denmark international is reportedly valued at around £15 million, but it is expected that Dortmund would want a higher fee to consider selling him.
This would not be the first young star that Dortmund would sell this summer. They already sold Aleksandar Isak to Real Sociedad after an impressive loan spell at Willem II. Larsen might follow the same path after he scored two goals while delivering two assists in 24 matches for Dortmund last term.
