Miralem Pjanic remains a Juventus player… at least for now. However, that could change in the coming weeks as the player’s new agent, Fali Ramadani, seems keen to get the Bosnian midfielder out of Turin and on a plane towards Barcelona this summer.
The reigning Serie A champions will do everything they can to keep the talented playmaker on their squad, as Pjanic is widely considered as one of the best playmaking CMs in the world. However, they won’t stand in the player’s way… if the team that wants him offer a sum around the €100 million mark.
Several teams have been linked with a potential move for Pjanic in recent weeks. Manchester City emerged as a potential suitor, but now it seems that FC Barcelona are open to make a move for the Bosnia international.
In fact, Ramadani is closing out details to organise a meeting with Barcelona’s president, Josep Maria Bartomeu in an attempt to reach an agreement over a possible summer move.
FC Barcelona have already signed Arthur, Lenglet and Malcom this summer. However, they would likely go the extra mile if they receive a concrete possibility to acquire Pjanic. In many ways, he could be the perfect long-term replacement for Andres Iniesta, who left the club this summer.
