Alessandro Florenzi was considered one of the best wing-backs in Europe not too long ago. And while the AS Roma skipper remains a talented player capable of playing in any team in the world, he does not have the same importance he had in the past for his current club, and that has alerted some of the biggest teams in Europe.

According to a report from Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, Florenzi could be on his way out of Roma quite soon despite the fact his current deal at Stadio Olimpico expires in the summer of 2019. Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus have already expressed interest to capture the services of the 26-year old.

Juve and PSG are not the only teams that have already enquired for Florenzi, though. Both Barcelona and Atletico Madrid had shown interest in the Italy international earlier this season, and it is believed that Real Madrid have also considered to make a move as well. Los Blancos’ interest has cooled off a bit, though.

Florenzi’s biggest calling card is his versatility, as the 26-year-old can line-up in a number of positions. He can feature at right-back, right-wing and even as a central midfielder, but there is no question that right-back or right wing-back are his prefered positions. He has registrered 174 Serie A appearances for the club throughout his career.
