The 22-year-old scored the only goal of the game as El Tri sprang a shock on defending champions Germany last weekend.
Lozano received rave reviews last season with PSV Eindhoven with 17 goals and eight assists in his debut season with the Dutch giants. With Marcel Brandt, the newly-appointed Everton director of football, free of any contractual barriers to revisiting his former club, the Toffees are among those being linked with the winger.
Osorio, understandably, sang Lozano’s praises.
“I think Hirving since he moved to PSV Eindhoven, I think he has made the next step up.
“He’s an unbelievable prospect.
“His pace, his ability to take people on makes me believe that he is a player that will go very far, hopefully, he can show that in the next game.
It’s claimed in the report that Arsenal and Tottenham are also interested in the Mexican although both clubs are focused on other areas of their respective squads at this moment in time.
Lozano began his career with Liga MX side Pachuca with whom he won the Clausura and CONCACAF Champions League, before moving to PSV on a six-year contract in June 2017.
