Juventus have not been very active in the transfer market this summer. However, they are on the verge of letting two players leave so they can get an increase on their first-team opportunities.

According to a report from Mundo Deportivo, both Tomas Rincon and Kwadwo Asamoah are set to leave The Old Lady before the start of the Serie A season. Both player barely featured for the club last season, and will not take part in Massimiliano Allegri’s first-team plans for the upcoming campaign.

Rincon would leave on loan to Juventus’ bitter rivals Torino. The Venezuela international could not crack the side after joining from Genoa earlier this year, and it was hard to imagine him getting many chances considering the presence of Claudio Marchisio, Miralem Pjanic, and Sami Khedira on the squad.

Torino will pay €3 million for a season-long deal, and €6M after the season ends in case they want to sign the 29-year-old on a permanent basis. Torino’s idea would be to play Rincon as the replacement of Marco Benassi, who left the club this week to join Fiorentina.

On the other hand, Asamoah is set to join Galatasaray for a €7 million transfer fee. The Ghana international lost his starting spot to Alex Sandro, and the arrival of Mattia De Sciglio would make him fall even further in the pecking order. Asamoah joined Juventus back in 2012 and played 97 matches with the club across all competitions.
