One of the players of FC Barcelona that do not have a clear picture regarding his future is Rafinha Alcantara, a talented midfielder that does not seem to have space in Ernesto Valverde’s first-team plans heading into the 2018-19 season.

The former Celta star barely saw action during the first half of the 2017-18 campaign, and that opened the door for him to move in a season-long loan move to Inter. Such transfer would be the best decision he would ever made, as the Brazilian emerged as a key piece on an Inter side that clinched a spot in the UEFA Champions League for the upcoming campaign.

And while those performances might not have been enough to grant him a spot on Barcelona’s squad going forward, he certainly caught the eyes of other teams. And Tottenham are reportedly interested in his services, according to several reports coming out of England.

As things stand right now, there is not a lot of clarity on whether how much Rafinha would cost to the Spurs, but recent information have indicated that a €35 million bid might be enough to secure a move for the highly-rated playmaker.

Inter are also interested in keeping Rafinha for the long-term basis, but they are unlikely to trigger the aforementioned clause.
