Liverpool have been quite active on the transfer market during the current months, as they have been targeting several alternatives in case Philippe Coutinho leaves the club in the near future. But they might have found themselves quite a player if the latest rumours are true.

According to several reports, The Reds are quite interested in making a move for Malcom. The Bordeaux star has been playing at a very high level during the entire season, and is currently having the best year of his brief career. Liverpool have noticed that, and are keeping a close tab on the Brazilian.

In fact, Liverpool were linked with a move for the 20-year-old forward earlier this year, but the Bordeaux man said in February that he was only thinking about his current club. But things have changed a lot over the past few months, and there is a strong chance Philippe Coutinho ends up leaving the Anfield side to join FC Barcelona. If that’s the case, Jurgen Klopp is going to go all at it to land Malcom.

Malcom has been in impressive form this season too, with seven goals and four assists in 15 Ligue 1 starts. He scored a goal-of-the-season candidate this past weekend against Dijon this past Friday, and has shown over the course of the current season he is ready to play for a bigger club. Will Liverpool take advantage of his form to make another push at him?
