Nicolas Pepe might be playing his final games for Lille, and he even might be featuring in a completely different league once the 2019-20 season kicks in.

The Ivory Coast international has been one of the best players in France’s top-flight during the current term, and he’s been linked with several teams for the upcoming campaign. From Lyon and Monaco to Arsenal and Liverpool, some of Europe’s top clubs are already lining up a move for the talented winger.

However, one team has already taken a step forward and even submitted an official bid for the talented 23-year-old. According to a report from Get French Football News – with a quote from L’Equipe as the original source – Inter have submitted the first formal bid for the Ivory Coast international. The Serie A giants have reportedly offered €70m for the winger, who can also play all over the attacking third.

It remains to be seen whether Lille will accept that offer, or if they decide to wait for the summer in case another side increases the offer. There could very well be a bidding war for Pepe since he’s having a career year with 19 goals and 11 assists in 33 Ligue 1 appearances during the current campaign.

The only thing that’s looking increasingly clear is that he’s not likely to remain with Lille much longer.
