Rade Krunic is the new AC Milan player! What was a rumour last week, it was confirmed this week – the Bosnia and Herzegovina international will play for Rosonerri next season! The transfer worth eight million euros was concluded on Tuesday and Krunic has signed a five-year contract with Milan, worth 1.2 million euros per year.
The player who started his career at his local club Sutjeska Foca is now part of the seven-time European champions, after another good season at Empoli. His now former club maybe got relegated on the final day of the season, but Krunic’s performances have been outstanding throughout. Most notably, he impressed with his goals against Sassuolo this past spring.
Krunic was Paolo Maldini’s wish in the transfer market and Milan did well to sign him for just eight million euros. Also, he played under Marco Giampaolo at Empoli couple of years back, who will now be his coach at Milan.
It is now official – Rade Krunić has passed his medical and signed for AC Milan.
