Manchester United are set to start their Europa League campaign on Thursday night, but this week has been more interesting for their players extending the contracts. After David De Gea signed a new deal on Monday and Victor Lindelöf did so right afterwards, now another three of the Red Devils could be doing the same.
According to the Express, Man United are expected to offer Mason Greenwood and Jesse Lingard new contracts soon and will also try to convince Paul Pogba to commit himself to the club.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will make sure he keeps his players at Old Trafford, especially as Paul Pogba is the most important asset the club has. De Gea and Lindelof are set to stay until 2023 and 2024 respectively, while Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial and Scott McTominay have all signed long-term deals relatively recently. This project of keeping the players the club needs around should continue with Greenwood, Lingard and Pogba.
