Juventus remain open to sign Paul Pogba this summer, even though Manchester United do not want to part ways with the star midfielder and considering Real Madrid are also keen to acquire the France international.

The Old Lady will try to gain fresh funds to spend on Pogba – or any other player – by making a few sales over the next few months. And according to a report from the Mirror, the Italian giants have already decided which players could be available on a potential transfer.

The list includes – but it’s not limited to – the likes of Mario Mandzukic, Joao Cancelo, Juan Cuadrado and Mattia Perin. For what is worth, Juventus need to acquire around €110m in order to afford any deal for Pogba, and the Italian giants intend to do so by offloading several of their fringe squad players.

Of course, naming Mandzukic and Cuadrado as fringe players certainly highlight Juventus’ depth on both sides of the ball. But they would be wise to sell them. Cuadrado and Mandzukic are both quickly falling in the pecking order, while Cancelo and Perin have been linked with a summer exit for quite a while now.

It remains to be seen whether this is enough to land Pogba or not. But there’s no question Juventus will do everything in their power to acquire the French star.
