Chelsea must have one of the most talented attacking lines in Europe. Led by players such as Pedro, Eden Hazard, Willian and Alvaro Morata, The Blues have a talented squad that is loaded with pace and flair in the final meters.
However, Chelsea remain active on the transfer market. They have been linked with a move for Gremio’s Arthur in recent days, but that’s not the only player they are targeting to acquire in the coming weeks. According to a report from the Daily Mail, Chelsea are also interested in making a move for Leon Bailey.
The 20-year-old Jamaican star is one of the fastest players in Europe, and currently plays for Bayer Leverkusen. The winger has caught the eye of Barcelona with his blistering displays on the wing in Germany, but Chelsea would be keen to make a push at him as well since they believe Bailey can become a long-term replacement for wingers such as Willian and Pedro, who are not getting any younger.
One of the most explosive players in the Bundesliga, it is believed Leverkusen want to receive at least £20m for Bailey. It is worth noting that the Jamaican has been scouted on three occasions by Chelsea this season, so perhaps he will end up arriving at Stamford Bridge sooner than later.
