Inter Milan have been shopping around England ever since they appointed Antonio Conte as their coach and after a good start to the season, they might go back and do some more business over there. This time, not at Manchester United.
According to a recent report from Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter are interested in Olivier Giroud. The Chelsea striker is not getting anywhere near enough playing time for him to be satisfied with his season as Tammy Abraham and Michy Batshuayi are in front of him in the pecking order.
Giroud has been on the Inter’s radar for quite some time now, even though he would become a backup option at San Siro as well, since Conte has both Lautaro Martinez and Romelu Lukaku at disposal. He has been linked with a move to Major League Soccer as well, but those claims right now seem unrealistic, as Giroud wants to do more in Europe before heading elsewhere.
