AC Milan are ready to spend whatever it takes to improve their squad next summer, as they are ready to transform the squad for the second consecutive summer in order to assemble a team that can challenge the likes of AS Roma, Juventus and Napoli for the Serie A title.
If the season ended today, the rossonero side would clinch a UEFA Europa League berth but they are not satisfied with that. The team is still looking to make their way into the UEFA Champions League and even if they don’t do it, they are looking to bolster their squad to build a Champions League-caliber team.
And according to several reports, Milan are keen to approach Napoli in order to capture the services of Jose Callejon, the Napoli winger who has been an integral part to the team’s successes in recent years. AC Milan have been told it would take an offer in the region of €35 million for Napoli to consider selling their prizet asset, and the Rossoneri are even thinking about including Suso in the deal.
Jose Callejon has proved to be one of the Napoli’s best signings in Napoli’s history. He joined the side from Real Madrid, and has registered 72 goals and 59 assists in 249 competitive matches. But since he’s 31 years old, Napoli would look to cash in on him before it’s too late.
