Manchester United have sent scouts to watch Joao Felix over the past few months, and that situation repeated again this week. It’s not a secret that The Red Devils are keen to sign the Portuguese phenom this summer.

However, he’s not the player that in Portugal that has caught the eye of United’s manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. The Norwegian tactician is reportedly keen to complete moves for both Felix and Bruno Fernandes as soon as possible. Solskjaer would love to have both players ready to join the club once the pre-season tour starts.

However, signing them won’t be easy by any means. The 19-year-old Joao Felix is widely considered to be one of the best young talents in Europe and virtually every top side in Europe has been linked with a move for him. Juventus are believed to be leading the race to sign him.

On the other hand, Fernandes has been tearing the Portugal Primera Liga in the past two seasons, and it’s clear he’s ready to make the jump to a more competitive environment. He’s been linked with virtually every Top 6 side in the Premier League over the past months.

This reported move for both players would cost a reported £150 million, with potential sales of both Paul Pogba and David De Gea adding fresh funds to United’s bank account.
